Merchandise Return Policy

Returning Merchandise

 

1) Prior to returning SDI merchandise for replacement or repair, please contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2) Click on the RMA form link. Adobe Reader will display the RMA form in pdf format. You can:

(a) Fill out the form online, save it to your hard disk and e-mail it back to us as an attachment. E-mail it to retmatappr@sandiegoinstruments.com

(b) Print out the RMA form, fill it out by hand and fax it back to 858-530-2646.

3) Pack the products securely and include a Packing Slip with return address information. All returned SDI products must be properly packed and sent freight prepaid to our corporate facilities at 6295 Ferris Square Suite A, San Diego, CA 92121

. Please mark the outside of the shipping container with the RMA number you were assigned.

4) Print out the Decontamination Procedures & Certification form from our website. Include the Decontamination Certification form with the returned merchandise.
